The FIRST MONDAY - the get-together and information session

If you are interested in getting more details about the Alexander Technique
we cordially welcome you to participate in my information event in the
evening of each first monday of a month. I will listen to your questions and
we will gain first practical experiences.

September Please prebook 8th September: 10 year jubilee action. ... alternatively you can ask for an individual appointment. It would be nice to bring a friend who is also interested in.

This first appointment is for free. There is no need to register but it
would be helpful ring me before. Please come and present your curiosity.
